17 ERDF guidance notes are available to download in order to assist project applicants in the development of their full application and with the roles and responsibilites of project management. 

Standard Templates are available here for Project Managers for download to assist with the recording of project outputs and results. There is also a standard form for the declaration of De Minimis State Aid received and a template SME enrolment form.

Publicity is essential in order to raise awareness of the Programme; to recognise the Programme’s achievements and the added value provided by the European contribution to the region; and to ensure the operation of the Programme is visible and transparent.

From here, project managers can download a variety of supporting guidance and resources to assist projects in meeting the EU publicity requirements.

Please note that the various formats of the 'ERDF part-financed logo' provided here are the only approved versions. The logo should not be adapted in any way - any changes made may make the logo non-compliant and if used will result in a financial correction being imposed on your project. 

Any ERDF project that meets two or more of the following critieria must carry out an external project evaluation. If the proejct:

• Total cost is over £1m
• Will deliver a significant number of outputs
• Is a pilot
• Is considered high risk and/or high profile
• Is seeking continuation funding.

The Toolkit must be used by your appointed evaluators to ensure the evaluation meets ERDF and, where appropriate, emda Single Programme requirements.
